Enrolment Procedure

Choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make on their behalf. We are delighted that you are considering The Hamilton and Alexandra College for your child’s education. 

If you would like to find out more about our school, please contact the Registrar, Susie Holcombe, who will answer your questions, and advise on availability and waitlists.

When you are ready to apply for a place at The Hamilton and Alexandra College, the following process will take place:

• complete the enrolment form via the link below

• our Registrar will contact you to arrange a tour and an enrolment interview with the Principal and other key staff

• you and your child will attend the enrolment interview 

• once the enrolment is approved, you will receive an enrolment offer

• on acceptance and payment of the enrolment fee you will begin to receive transition documentation and information.

We encourage all new students to attend at least one day with us prior to commencement. This can be on an official orientation or a come-and-try day, or on another day as suits your family and the timing of the enrolment.
